Vanguard Resources maintains constant measurement of our customer service. At Foundation Surgical and other healthcare providers, we are maintaining a safe, sanitary environment to support healing. When the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, state and local health inspectors and the fire marshal examine the institution, they are also checking Vanguard Resources performance. In the three years that we’ve been on the job, Foundation Surgical has passed all of its certifications with flying colors and achieved superior customer satisfaction results as well. In the process, VRI implemented new safety/emergency protocols and achieved a 10 percent cost savings. That’s the standard we expect to meet every day on every assignment.
